Sundays:     14:00 - 20:00

Last treatment can be arranged not later than one hour before the end of the working day..

Access

Services of the HealthClub are available to the guests of Esplanade Zagreb Hotel and the outside guests with granted access.

Reservations

We recommend you make a reservation before your arrival to the hotel so we could ensure the time and treatment of your preference. A valid credit card number is also required to guarantee the reservation. As a guest of Esplanade Zagreb Hotel you can make a reservation by using the internal phone line number 3559, and if you are calling from outside the hotel, the telephone numbers are +385-1-4566-059 or +385-91-4566-601 or e-mail: info@healthclub-esplanade.com.

Arriving to the appointment

Register at the reception desk of the HealthClub at least 15 minutes before your appointment in order to assure the full length of the treatment.

Cancelling the reservation

If you wish to change the time of your appointment, you need to contact us at least 6 hours in advance of the set time. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the amount for the arranged treatment if the treatment has not been cancelled at least 3 hours in advance of the set time. If you do not keep your appointment, you will be charged with the full amount for the arranged treatment.

Methods of payment

You can pay for your treatment in cash or by any credit card, except American Express. Prices include VAT. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds

Purchased services or membership are non-refundable, cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for a different service.

Silence requested

Clients are requested to reduce the noise element to a minimum so all guests could equally enjoy their peaceful experience at the HealthClub.

Additional offer

We provide a bathrobe, slippers, towels and hygienic products. You are also welcome to refreshments such as water, tea or fresh fruit.

Valuables

We recommend you wear no jewellery during your visit at the HealthClub. The staff of the HealthClub take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged valuables or money. There are lockers in the dressing rooms and safes in the hotel rooms.

Smoking and alcohol

Smoking and alcohol drinking are strictly prohibited in the HealthClub. Alcohol is not recommended before any of our treatments and can result in a cancellation of the treatment at your expense.

Limited access

Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in order to stay at the HealthClub. We ask for your understanding and acceptance of this rule.

Tips

Our prices do not include tips for the therapists and the trainers. If you are satisfied with the service, you can tip the staff directly.

Gift certificate

We offer gift certificates for any of our services. The certificates are valid for 3 months. You can order them by phone at +385-1-4566-059 or per e-mail: info@healthclub-esplanade.com.

Special precautions

Pregnant women, clients with high blood pressure, cardiac problems or any other medical issues should consult their physician before using our services and inform the HealthClub staff of their condition.
