Semi-individual training is conducted in small groups up to 5 people at the same time, all the participants can observe the trainer giving instructions and correcting errors.
Individual training means that the coach is devoted exclusively to you. After the initial conversation, diagnostics and measurements, a training program is created that will in the most efficient way lead to the desired result.
