Your personal data such as: name and surname, address, telephone number or e-mail address are not being collected by browsing our official web-site.
NAL ŠPORT Ltd. collects client data necessary to provide our services and we bind ourselves to protect personal information of current and future users in compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (General Regulation on Data Protection, Act on Implementation of General Regulation N/N, no. 42/18 and N/N no. 103/03, 118/06, 41/08, 130/11, 106/12-suspended). All the client information is stored with high precaution and accessible only to the employees in fulfilment of their tasks. All the employees of NAL ŠPORT Ltd. are liable for the abidance of principles of confidentiality.
NAL ŠPORT d.o.o. will, prior to data collection, inform its clients on modalities of use of the data collected and will give to users an option on how to use their data, including the option to choose whether they wish that their name should be removed from the lists available for advertising campaigns.
In no event shall we, without your explicit consent, transfer, sell or disclose any client personal information to third parties, excluding the legal obligation, in case of which the modality and terms will be determined by separate Regulations.

Personal Data Protection

The Act on Personal Data Protection (The General Regulation on Data Protection, Act on Implementation of the General Regulation N/N, no. 42/18 and N/N no. 103/03, 118/06, 41/08, 130/11, 106/12-suspended) regulates the protection of personal data of individuals as well as the surveillance on collection, processing and use of personal data in The Republic of Croatia. The purpose of personal data protection is protection of private life and other human rights and fundamental freedoms in collecting, processing und using personal data.
Personal data protection in The Republic of Croatia will be provided to each individual regardless of citizenship and residence, race, colour of the skin, gender, language, religion, political or other persuasions, national or social background, assets, birth, education, social status or any other qualities.
The employee in charge of personal data will ensure legitimate personal data processing, claiming of personal data protection rights and will see to legitimate personal data processing in accordance with provisions of the Act on personal data protection and other regulations regarding personal data processing, will further call attention of head of personal data collection to the imperative of implementation of personal data protection in planning and practices exerting influence on privacy and personal data protection issues, will inform all the employees involved in personal data processing with their legal obligations with a view to personal data protection, will collaborate with the Agency for personal data protection regarding the implementation of surveillance of personal data processing.
The employee in charge of protection of personal data is bound to keep the confidentiality of all information and data acquired in the fulfilment of his/her tasks. The obligation persists equally subsequent to the termination of the position of the employee in charge of personal data protection.

Conversion statement

All payments will be made in Croatian kuna. The amount for which it will be charged Your debit/credit card is obtained by converting the price into Croatian kuna according to the valid exchange rate list of the Croatian National Bank. When charging with your debit/credit card, the same amount is converted from Croatian kuna into your local currency according to the rules that apply to payments in abroad. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.

General business conditions

Hours of operation
HEALTH CLUB operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 22:00, Saturday from 14:00 to 22:00, Sunday from 14:00 to 20:00. The last service is booked one hour before the end of working hours.

Admission
HEALTH CLUB  is opened to Esplanade Zagreb hotel guests and outside guests, space permitting.

Reservations
Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Check in
Please check in at the HEALTH CLUB  reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time.

Cancellation policy
A 6 hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 3 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will apply for a “no-show”.

Etiquette
To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of HEALTH CLUB, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum.

Amenities
Personal amenities and toiletries are provided. We will provide you with robe and flip-flops for your spa treatments and offer complimentary refreshments.

Valuables
We recommend that no jewelry be worn during your visit to HEALTH CLUB. The management of HEALTH CLUB accepts no responsibility for any losses, theft or damage of money and valuables of any kind brought into HEALTH CLUB premises. We provide lockers in the changing room facilities and safe boxes in your rooms.

Smoking and alcohol
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within HEALTH CLUB  is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not advised before any spa treatment and may result in rescheduling or canceling your service.

Minimum age
Individuals 16 years of age above are permitted to enter and use HEALTH CLUB  facilities. We seek your kind understanding and co-operation.

Gratuities
Our services do not include gratuities. In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.

Gift certificates
Gift Certificates for our spa treatments and products are available and are valid for 3 months. For your convenience, these can be ordered via the telephone or email.

Special considerations
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical condition are advised to consult their doctor before using spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical condition.
