SEMI-INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Semi-individual training is conducted in small groups up to 5 people at the same time, all the participants can observe the trainer giving instructions and correcting errors. The training includes a cardio program, power and endurance training and stretching. Exercises can be tailored to the needs of each participant due to the small number of group members. Before or after training, you can enjoy a sauna or tea cup and use a 40% discount on all our treatments.
