If you are an experienced in training on your own and you do not need a trainer our newly equipped gym is at your disposal. You will enjoy exercising on brand new Life Fitness devices with multi functional consoles for tracking your favorite Netflix series or listening to your favorite music while exercising. You can also use the Life Fitness LF Connect smartphone app through which you can track and record your training and results. Before or after training you can enjoy a sauna or cup of tea and take advantage of 40% discount on all our treatments.
